Annual Events on Main Street

How do I register for an annual event?
When registration opens, registration buttons will appear under a specific event on our Events page. This will take you to a form that will allow you to register and pay for our events. If you don’t see an option to register, it means registration has not opened yet or is not permitted for that event.

What about the annual Moorestown Day event?
Members of ALL levels are eligible to attend Moorestown Day. However, you must still register to reserve your spot. Do you have more questions about Moorestown Day? See our Moorestown Day FAQ with all the information you’ll need regarding this event.

What about Daffodil Day or Main Street Candlelight Stroll?
These events do not offer open vendor registration. Because Main Street remains open for both Daffodil Day (April) and Main Street Candlelight Stroll (November), space is limited. Instead, we feature artists and crafters for Daffodil Day, who are coordinated by the event co-chair — there is no formal registration process.

When can I register for Moorestown Day or Autumn in Moorestown?
Vendor registration for our annual Main Street events Moorestown Day (June) and Autumn in Moorestown (October) typically opens about 4-6 weeks before our event dates. Please see our Events page for dates, descriptions and the option to register, when available.

I am current Member or Sponsor. Is my Moorestown Day registration automatic?
No, if you wish to attend the event as a vendor, you MUST register so we get all the details of your needs. You will receive one free both space but may add more if needed. Members who have indicated they are sponsors for Moorestown Day who only wish to advertise and not be a vendor, should contact us at events@moorestownbusiness.com to make those arrangements.

How many events may I sponsor as a Member?
The number of events you may sponsor is dependent upon your Membership Level as follows:
Diamond = 4 events
Platinum = 3 events
Gold = 2 events
Silver = 1 event
Member = not eligible to sponsor

What are the benefits of being a Diamond Sponsor?
As a Diamond Sponsor you are eligible to have a booth space at each of our four events, if you choose to be there. Regardless of whether you have a booth or not, your company will be included in all event advertising and signage. The only event you will need to register for (at no extra cost) to reserve your space is Moorestown Day. For the other three events, someone will reach out to you in the weeks prior to ask if you would like to have a spot.

What if I need more than 1 booth space at any event?
If permitted, you will have the option to pay for more than one booth space on our registration forms.

I took photos at one of your Main Street Events. Can I share them with you?
Yes, we would love for you to share your photos with us! Please use our Photos Upload page to send us your pictures. At our discretion, we may add them to our Photo Gallery page and / or use them in our digital or print marketing material. As a non-profit organization, we depend on contributions like this from our community!

Are your Main Street events considered pet-friendly?
Yes. The Moorestown Business Association (the “MBA”) welcomes both attendees and their pets to our annual Main Street events including Moorestown Day and Autumn in Moorestown. However, to help attendees and pets enjoy the day in a safe and responsible manner, pet owners must ensure that pets attending our events do so in accordance with Moorestown Township ordinances while traveling in public places. Examples include keeping dogs on leashes, not allowing pets to run free, and properly removing and disposing of pet waste. Please also consider whether your pet does well in crowds and around loud noises when deciding whether to bring them to the event — both for their own comfort and out of consideration for other pets and attendees. Pet owners remain responsible for the behavior and safety of their pets. The MBA shall not be responsible for injuries to persons, pets, or property resulting from the conduct of pets, their owners, or other attendees or vendors.
