As a nurse practitioner, I provide holistic primary care, functional medicine consultations, therapeutic art, group wellness programs, wellness products, workshops, classes and retreats . My approach is to look for root causes and partner with patients to design a life that supports the highest level of wellbeing on all levels- in mind, body and spirit. I especially love working with resilient survivors who are ready to move past their old wounds and learn how to thrive.
