Vendor Application for Autumn In Moorestown

Autumn In Moorestown is a curated vendor event. We ONLY accept applications from artists, crafters, community focused non-profits, and food vendors. If you clearly are one of these eligible vendors, complete the application below by September 1, 2026.

ELIGIBLE VENDORS

We’re looking for passionate, creative vendors to help us celebrate the spirit of the fall season. Whether you’re a local artist, craftsperson, artisan food producer, or owner of a unique small business — we want to hear from you. We’re especially interested in vendors who showcase or tie in with our festive autumn theme. We also encourage local community service non-profits to submit applications.

If your products or booth capture the feeling of crisp leaves, harvest goods and fall fun — we’d love to have you be part of the day! Our application form closes September 1. No applications will be accepted after this date.

VENDOR APPLICATION

Applications are REQUIRED. Please provide as much detail as possible using the form below. See our Autumn In Moorestown FAQ for answers to the most common questions and our Photo Gallery for pictures from our previous events.

VENDOR APPROVAL

We will email approved vendor instructions for event Registration and payment by the first week of September. Our email will include a Password which will allow you to access the registration form. You will only be able to register if you have this password.

Vendor Type
Please select the VENDOR TYPE that best fits your business. Note this will also determine your cost per space when you register, if approved (see price list at bottom).

For Profit Business: Merchandise must be personally hand-made by the vendor. No resale items from other entities. Can be artwork, handmade jewelry, knitted items, sauces, edible items, not cooked on site, but pre-made and packaged by the vendor. Also includes political organizations and candidates running for any office.

Non-Profit: Same as above except you are a verified 501(c) or 503(c) organization eligible for our non-profit discount.

Perkins Affiliated Artists: You must be a current teacher, student, or pottery associate at Perkins Center for the Arts.

Food Truck: Food truck or a local restaurant.

Application Agreement

IMPORTANT: If accepted, the event registration fee for Approved Vendors will be as follows:
• $125 – For Profit businesses
• $90 – Non-Profits, 501(c) or 503(c) organizations only
• $50 – Perkins Center for the Arts Affiliated Artists
• $250 – Food Vendors, at least 2 spaces REQUIRED
Each booth space is 10′ x 10′ space, with the option to purchase additional spaces.
