Vendor Application for Autumn In Moorestown

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2025: 10 am – 4 pm, Rain or Shine

All vendors interested in Autumn In Moorestown must complete the application below.

We’re looking for passionate, creative vendors to help us celebrate the spirit of the fall season. Whether you’re a local artisan, baker, grower, maker, or small business owner — we want to hear from you. We’re especially interested in vendors who can showcase or tie in with our festive autumn theme. If your products or booth can capture the feeling of crisp leaves, harvest goods and fall fun — we’d love to have you be part of the day!

We will carefully review your application, and if approved, will email you an Authorization Code which will allow you to register as an event vendor. You will only be granted access to our online registration form, which will open later this summer, if you have this code.

Application Agreement
NOTE: If accepted, the event registration fee for Approved Vendors is $125 For Profit businesses or $90 Non-Profits for a 10′ x 10′ space, with the option to purchase additional spaces. Food Vendors are required to purchase at least 2 spaces ($250).
