Vendor Application for Autumn In Moorestown

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2026: 10 AM – 4 PM, Rain or Shine

All vendors interested in Autumn In Moorestown MUST complete the application below by September 1, 2026.

We’re looking for passionate, creative vendors to help us celebrate the spirit of the fall season. Whether you’re a local artisan, baker, grower, maker, or small business owner — we want to hear from you. We’re especially interested in vendors who can showcase or tie in with our festive autumn theme. If your products or booth can capture the feeling of crisp leaves, harvest goods and fall fun — we’d love to have you be part of the day!

We will carefully review your application, and if approved, will email you an Authorization Code which will allow you to register as an event vendor. You will only be granted access to our online registration form if you have this code.


IMPORTANT DATES

Vendor Approval: Starting in August, we will email approved vendors on a rolling basis. This process will continue until all accepted vendors have been notified.

Vendor Applications Close: Our application form closes September 2. No applications will be accepted after this date.

Registration Opens: Approved vendors will be provided access to our registration form on a rolling basis. Passwords are provided which are required to access the form and pay for your registration.

Registration Closes: Registration closes by the end of September, after all approved vendors have been notified.

Booth Assignments: Will be emailed to registered vendors 1-2 weeks prior to our event on October 10.

Please describe your business and what you will sell if you are accepted as an Autumn In Moorestown vendor. You may also use this area to detail your interest in a Sponsorship or indicate you are applying as a Perkins Center for the Arts Affiliated Artist.

Application Agreement

IMPORTANT: If accepted, the event registration fee for Approved Vendors will be as follows:
• $125 – For Profit businesses
• $90 – Non-Profits, 501(c) or 503(c) organizations only
• $50 – Perkins Center for the Arts Affiliated Artists
• $250 – Food Vendors, at least 2 spaces required
Each booth space is 10′ x 10′ space, with the option to purchase additional spaces.
