!!! RACE SETUP !!!
ALL EXHIBITORS: Please make every effort to arrive as close to 7 AM as possible. Your vehicle must be off Main Street by 8 AM.
EXHIBITORS: 2-102, 1-135 –> High Street to Church Street
Please proceed up High Street. You will be directed to make a LEFT onto Main Street towards your booth space. Please drop off your supplies at your booth location and remove your cars immediately. This makes it easier for all exhibitors to get to their location and eliminates unnecessary traffic jams. You may set up in the street at your space number as close to the curb as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
EXHIBITORS: 155-327, 104-248 –> Mill Street to Chester Avenue
Please proceed up High Street. You will be directed to make a RIGHT onto Main Street towards your booth space. Please drop off your supplies at your booth location and remove your cars immediately. This makes it easier for all exhibitors to get to their location and eliminates unnecessary traffic jams. You may set up in the street at your space number as close to the curb as possible. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation.
There will be approximately 1,000 runners stretching, walking, etc., between Mill Street and the start line at the Community House driveway. Be careful driving past them going to your space. The race starts at 8:30 AM.
DO NOT PUT ANYTHING AT THE FRONT OF YOUR SPACE OR OVER THE TAPE LINES UNTIL THE RUNNERS HAVE LEFT. ONCE THEY HAVE PASSED, YOU ARE FREE TO SET UP YOUR BOOTH. NOTHING CAN EXCEED 10 FEET FROM THE CURB.
FOOD TRUCKS / LARGE VEHICLES
We ask all vendors that have food trucks and large vehicles to please arrive at 6:30 AM. This allows for an easier set-up and flow of traffic. Please keep in mind that once you are parked, you will not be able to leave until the event has ended and the street is re-opened.
NOTE ABOUT VENDOR PLACEMENT
Please be advised that Moorestown Day may feature multiple vendors that offer the same or similar products or services to our attendees. Our event is about inclusion and while we seek to provide a variety of vendors for our attendees, we do not limit vendor access to one exclusive vendor for any specific product or service. However, the MBA does make every effort to be sensitive to vendor concerns and avoid placing vendors with similar products or services in close proximity to one another to the greatest extent possible and practical. Should you have any questions regarding the MBA’s policy, please feel free to contact any of our Board Members.
THANK YOU!
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you and wish you a profitable day. We are grateful to all our Vendors who make this a special day in our community.
